Shipping took about 11 days counting the time to ship, the customer service was super nice, customer service gave me the tracking number and it worked. Now the blade is a beautiful, shining one. I asked for the neopixel , the fonts are great and the app works properly, if you change the colour in a font it remembers it so if you make Darth Vader's blade blue you would need to go looking for red again. Given that it's a single button the commands are a bit hard to learn, but the app trivialises it. Overall I'm super happy with my purchase, the customer service, and product are of outstanding quality hopefully I don't have any unwanted surprises in the future but so far I'm ecstatic.
