Initial impressions are fantastic!
The saber arrived in Poland after 16 days. I recommend using the application to fine-tune the color and sound of the blade. The default sound options are very loud, but you can make it much quieter using the smartphone app. The blade is very bright, the sensors work quite well too. Overall the effect is phenomenal, this is my first lightsaber so maybe more experienced users will see some flaws, but I don't. I will probably be getting another one since this one is meant as a gift.
The customer support is also very nice. There was no tracking info, but after contacting, the support team provided me the info directly, twice.
My overall experience with the company is very positive.
